Product installation

OLED Display Introduction

The OLED screen displays TX or RX identification, WIFI icon, frequency information, and battery level.

    • Introduction to WiFi Connection and Signal Strength: After turning on, the WiFi icons of TX and RX are constantly scanning. If the connection is successful, the current signal strength will remain displayed. There are a total of 5 WiFi signal strengths, with the strongest signal at full capacity and the weaker the signal at lower capacity.

    • Introduction to WiFi frequency points: There are a total of 9 WiFi frequency points, and OLED displays CH0 to CH8.

    • Introduction to Signal Source Information Display: If the transmitter is not connected to the video source, "no video" will be displayed. After connecting to the video source, the resolution of the video source will be displayed regardless of whether the receiver is already connected to the transmitter. The receiver must wait for successful connection to the transmitter before displaying the resolution, otherwise "no video" will be displayed.

    • Introduction to battery level: There are a total of 3 battery levels and voltage information is displayed.

Introduction to operation buttons:

    • Product Matching

Generally, products are already paired before leaving the factory and do not need to be paired again. If pairing is required, both the transmitter and receiver should press and hold the "Back button" for 5 seconds at the same time. After releasing it, pairing can be automatically completed. The OLED displays "Connecting..." during the pairing process, Successful pairing will stop the dynamic scanning of WiFi and display the current signal strength, while unsuccessful pairing timeout OLED will display "Time Out" to go back to the main page.

    • Frequency point switching (channel switching)

Press the" left or right keys "on the transmitter to switch between different frequency points. When the video is blurry or lagging, you can try switching frequency points, with CH0 as the default.

    • Other menus

Press the "Enter key  " of the transmitter or receiver to view the version information.

2. After connecting to WiFi, the phone may prompt "It seems that there are other networks available". "Switch network? ", Select "No need, thank you." to stay connected.

Note: For different devices, prompts may differ from the sample. Please select the same or similar prompt options corresponding to the sample.

3. Open the app and click the "CONNECT" button to monitor on your phone.

Note: Some app versions have a "Read and Agree to User Agreement and Privacy Policy" below the "Connect" button. Please ensure that this option is selected , otherwise it may result in no response or a reminder to check when clicking the "CONNECT" button.

Troubleshooting

1. Connection issues

1) If the OLED screen is not displaying or the power indicator light is not on, please check if the power supply of the transmitter and receiver is working properly, or if the power switch is turned on

2)Please check if the battery is fully charged when powered by the battery. If the battery is low, replace it. When using USB-C power supply, please use an adapter with a voltage of 5V 2A or higher, and pay attention to whether USB-C has protocol function. Some mobile phones may have USB-C adapters with protocol function, which may cause power output failure.

3)If TX and RX cannot be connected at close range after being turned on for more than 2 times (i.e. the WiFi icon on the OLED screen of TX and RX remains continuously scanned for a long time after being turned on), please pair the transmitter and receiver again. The method of re pairing is to press the "back button" on both the TX and RX OLED screens for 5 seconds after entering the main page (i.e. power on is completed), and then release it. The pairing will be automatically completed, and the successful pairing is marked by the WiFi icons of the transmitter and receiver not being in a continuous scanning state but staying at the current signal strength display.

2.Playback problem

1) Please check the video resolution displayed on the OLED screen. If the TX displays "no video", please check if the HDMI IN interface on the TX is correctly connected to the video source, or check if the camera has video output.

2) Please check if the video or image format of the camera output or video source matches the format supported by the wireless system. If the OLED screen of TX or RX displays 3840X2160 (i.e. 4K resolution) but the display does not support 4K, the camera's HDMI output needs to be adjusted to 1080P. Note that in general, the HDMI output resolution of a camera is different from the recording resolution, which requires adjusting the HDMI output resolution instead of the recording resolution. If other input video sources are connected, and the monitor does not support 4K but the OLED screen displays 4K, the corresponding video source needs to be adjusted to 1080P.

3) The RX OLED screen displays resolution (instead of displaying "no video"), but if there is no video displayed on the monitor or other devices, please reinsert and unplug the HDMI cable or check if it is loose. If the monitor still does not have any video footage, it may be due to device incompatibility or the monitor does not support 4K. Switch the HDMI interface of RX (RX has a total of 2 interfaces to switch) or try replacing it with a new monitor.

3. Video/image lag problem

1) Check if the HDMI IN/OUT cable is properly connected.

2) If the signal strength status is too weak, the frequency band can be changed or the distance between TX and RX devices can be shortened.

4. APP connection problem

1) Please confirm if the WiFi is connected correctly.

2)When there is a prompt indicating that you cannot connect to the internet after connecting to WiFi, please check if you have selected the correct option.

3)Please ensure that you have checked "Read and Agree to User Agreement and Privacy Policy"
